Modifest Shipping Policy

At Modifest, we work hard to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver orders within the United Kingdom.

1. Handling, Transit, Order Cut-Off & Total Estimated Delivery Time

  • Handling Time: We process orders within 1–2 business days.
  • Transit Time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–9 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London) are processed the same business day.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Between 8–11 business days from placing your order.

2. Shipping Details

  • Shipping Method: Standard UK Shipping.
  • Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on all orders.
  • Delivery Address: Your order will be shipped to the delivery address entered during checkout.

3. Order Changes

If you need to update your order, please contact us at support@modifest.store as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make any changes.

4. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time or you believe it has been lost, please contact our support team at support@modifest.store. We will be happy to assist you.

5. Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking details are usually available within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • How to Cancel: Please email support@modifest.store as soon as possible.
  • Refunds: Approved cancellations will be refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Modifest is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error before your order is shipped, contact us immediately. If possible, we will update your address before dispatch. Additional charges may apply in some cases.
