1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- In its original condition.
- Returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Free from any damage caused after delivery.

Once we review and approve your request, we will send you the return instructions.
Please Note: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please include clear photos of the item so our support team can review the issue and provide the best solution.
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if:
- You receive a defective item.
- You receive the wrong product.
- You receive the wrong size (where applicable).

5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Discount Policy
Discount codes and promotional offers must be used during checkout.
We cannot apply or refund discounts after an order has been placed.
